I think if he did it, he would've done it as some sort of hatred of people who bought Blockland from GameDeJour, though I don't think Nobot bought it from there and he has ID 2127. Though, I do think this is trolling of some sort.
On your poll, there is no "the BIG ban". Unless you mean banned from the master server, which there is, but is not usually done unless it's like an anti save feature or something that breaks the game. He's not going to get his keys revoked from trolling, they (with some exceptions) only revoke keys for stealing keys, sockpuppetry (see JazZ/Colonial Killer), and backdoor scripts.
