Author Topic: Can someone help me with my iPhone?  (Read 1224 times)

My mom and step-dad recently switched over to Sprint to save money, but my mom knows that I like my iPhone, and that I switched to Sprint, I couldnt keep it. So, her solution was to switch my phone to my dads plan.
Well, the people at AT&T were handicaps, and couldnt switch the number over, so my dad just got me a new Simcard and Number. Well, when I got home today the Simcard was in the mail.
I put the card in about an hour ago, and im having an issue connecting to AT&T. On the top right, where it usually says, "ATT and Your wifi connection", mine just says No Service.
Is there a way to fix this?

Move somewhere else in your house?
That works for me. There are signals around my house, even my garden.

Reset your iPhone. Hold down the lock AND home button. It might help.

I fixed it.
Im stupid. I called ATT and I just had to activate the card. :C
