Time and space are ripping apart.
Also I'm pretty sure that means this day in time will be sealed away from the quantum time line for the next for years, which means i can do whatever i want and nobody will ever know because this day will disappear! Right?

I hope so because i already killed that family...

if your good you can even stay and be sealed in this day for the next four years it's like a backup copy of earth if you go to town everyone is just frozen in there daily lives all over the world but if you can manage to keep your consciousness then you can stay there


...just make sure your sleeping when Leap day comes around and updates in four years...

basically by logic if they were born at AM they celebrated 28th
and if PM they celebrated 1st

Well, there was a mother with some 4 (Technically 1) year olds on the BBC Breakfast News this morning.
Apparently they tried doing their birthdays on the 28th one year and didn't think it felt right so they tried it on the 1st the next year, but disliked that more because it was a different month altogether.

So she asks them when they would like their birthday and one chose February 28^th and one chose March 1^st.
Which would suggest that it's just personal preference, but I'm curious to know what people here prefer.
