People don't need to make a picture-perfect fancy thread to display their thread. If they have info that's good enough. You do NOT need fancy images, you do NOT need fancy headers and all that stuff. if your thread has information that's plenty.

If you think people need to dress up their thread to get any attention then you clearly have no idea how a clan actually is supposed to work.

tl;dr: forget you, nobody needs to put this stuff on their thread.

Clan layouts aren't always important, but still, if your clan topic is two or three sentences, and you don't have any members, then you're out of luck.
