Just use the Wayback Machine to go back and download V19 from the site image and ignore the Updater.

Of course servers won't work besides LAN Parties, but that's better than nothing, right?

you could probably still play v20 if you disable the updater. i think someone once did a remembering v8 thing where they played v8 using a connect to IP.
