Is there ANY way to change the default web browser on steam?

I've finally gotten fed up with waiting for IE to open and stuff. I just want it to open on Chrome but I can't find the option to change it. I've searched but all the results I can find are from 2007 and such. I was just wondering if it's been changed and HOW I can change it. Thanks in advance if you plan to help.

Make Chrome your default web browser.
That's how it worked for me.

EDIT: And I mean in general. No in options or anything.
