Avatar copy question

How do I copy someones avatar as a picture? I can never figure it out.

Common method is to right click, copy image url/location, paste, and then put image tags around it.

I don't get that option either. Tried copying the source thing like regular pictures and adding the image thing to them, but that dosen't work.
