Can't host. all servers have --- ping

I can join a server sometimes, but mostly, it's a no-go. I have forwarded my ports and enabled/disabled the UPnP but nothin.

Using Hughes Net junk Enet but should be good enough for blockland right? Not dial up or anything.

Also, would it be better to do Port Range forwarding or single-port? I've always used Port Range and I could host until v19 came out

its 28000 to 28100 or is that what you meant?

make sure you put in your ip and everything correct, and don't tell me no before not checking.

God, I keep getting confused about what ports need opening. People are saying it's 28000 - 28030, others are saying it's just 28000 and now, you're saying it's 28000 - 28100.
