Is there anyway to convert a .dts to an .MS3D ?

Shaper by Inverse Software can export DTS into DirectX .X and MilkShape ASCII .TXT. It went abandonware a few weeks ago so I the only way for you to acquire it now is to pirate it. It used to cost 25$.
