Is it possible to use the Blockland text styles for Photoshop is GIMP?

Okay, so I was looking around for something I can use to make a #Blocklanders logo stamp or whatever.

And I found this.

It it looks awesome, but I don't have Photoshop and I was wondering, is there a way I can use that style in GIMP or Paint.NET?

Yes. In Paint.net just use the Impact font in black and add a white outline.

Don't know about Photoshop but I know GIMP's layout was based on it. What you do is simply use the Impact font and create whatever words in black. Then you should Alpha the selection and grow it by whatever pixels feel good and create a layer under it and fill it in with white.
