And they suck the wealth because they are greedy. If it's not human nature, at the least greed is a common trait that cannot easily be removed.
Greed is an addiction, and---as with all other psychological addictions---can be overcome with therapy. In addition, education can prevent such addictions from arising, and will end the cycle of parents passing down negative behaviors to their children.
I think you should read this book called Brave New World. It's about a future where nobody has free will, but everyone's happy. It sounds like something you want, but it's really a horrible world.
It's this kind of thought that doesn't work.
