Search for the art that you want on Google, or Deviant Art, then contact the person who made it and ask for custom pieces.

You can even offer them the payment you feel comfortable with.

not many artists do pay-by-profit. once I get 1 or 2 games out there, I'll have money on standby to pay artists upfront, but it's kinda hard when you're a 14 year old with no titles to your name.
