So changing means you can't be mean to people anymore?
Never change, people.
My point was that there's a nice lovely trend of everyone, myself included, who go "oh I'll be nicer from now on" and they end up never doing it. When real change happens, you don't make any kind of deal about it. It happens and people will notice it themselves. If you say "I'm going to change", chances are you're probably not; that's what I'm saying.
