stapling posters to public things is illegal and enforced where i live, and solicitation is fined. the only places where you're allowed to staple things are where everyone leaves posters, so A: anything you can staple anything to is basically made out of rusty staples B: kony 2012 posters are deliberately torn down to make way for stuffty punk rock band posters.
