Need help recording with FRAPS

I have FRAPS now and I need some help recording, I used the recording hotkey, I even tried searching online for solutions.  Help please?

Well, I get no indication that I am recording when I press the hotkey, I don't get anything, in fact.

It can only record programs that use the graphics card and processor or something. Like games. For the 15,000th time, use Google.

I don't think FRAPS can record IE.

You can't. I found this wonderful information out by looking at the page provided by the big HELP button.

you need to check monitor aero desktop button
if you dont have it (some people dont) you cant
