It's like God emptied a giant water/snow bucket onto earth

I mean it's loving POURING
and it then was a huge HAILSTORM
it lightninged the earth twice within about five or seven seconds

during the storm I tried to peek out a window and take a shot with my camera, but there were white circles all over the two photos I took
weird

Clearly, I am afraid of thunderstorms. The first time I saw lightning was this one time at school where everyone gathered at the windows and no one went outside at lunch. I went to the window to see what the fuss was about and then lightning struck a few miles away. I jumped backwards, fell over a chair and lay on the floor, in shock for several minutes before hiding in a corner until the storm was over.

One time I was driving to another borough with my dad and there was a storm, and it was like we went into another dimension or some stuff.

First it was gray, like, solid gray, then it became almost black because of the rain clouds, then we started seeing thunder, and then towards the end, it was all a dark hazy orange, almost like a nuclear apocalypse had happened. This was all on a pretty much straight highway by the way, so it was pretty weird.
