Before we decide to let this die and before I think I should make a topic about it, DeviantArt has a new 8-bit competition.

For those of you who have accounts and might be interested, there's 100 semi-finalists, and 2 finalists.
Finalists get 1,500$ and 10 copies of the hoodie you're supposed to make your design on.

Although it may seem unlikely, of the current submissions only 10 or so are actually good. The others are copyrighted content, trolls reposting their artwork, or some other breaking-of-the-rules.
