Are there any WarioWare-esque Servers or Add-Ons?

I want to know if there any servers or Add-Ons out there that allows creation of something like a WarioWare game (imagine something like GarryWare for G-Mod.) If there isn't, I jsut want to know if there is any possible way to make something like it.

Pretty much exactly like GarryWare, a command is displayed, and all the players try to follow it and then you get a point if you follow it, after 10 microgrames the person with the most wins.

Microgames are pretty much just shorter, simpler minigames that can be summed up with a single phrase, like "Jump!" or "Type 23+17 in chat!"
