"The paleolithic diet, also popularly referred to as the caveman diet, Stone Age diet and hunter-gatherer diet, is a modern nutritional plan based on the presumed ancient diet of wild plants and animals that various hominid species habitually consumed during the Paleolithic era.

Centered on commonly available modern foods, the "contemporary" Paleolithic diet consists mainly of fish, grass-fed pasture raised meats, vegetables, fruit, roots, and nuts, and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, refined sugar, and processed oils."

I'm going to start doing this. When you really think about it, it does make a lot of sense.  Grains are horrible for us, they break down into large amounts of glucose that your liver turns into fat.  Grains actually have a toxin built into them so animals don't eat them.  You might say, "How can milk be bad for you?"  It's not necessarily bad, but we are the only animals to drink milk outside of infancy.  You are supposed to only eat when you are hungry.

It's a simple diet that works.  It's designed to keep low amounts of carbs and fat in your body, so you end up burning the fat in you for energy.

it would be a lot better for you if you also hunted and gathered for the food

This is all lies.
The Pablo diet consists only of avatar fads.
