The one thing I dislike about real-life LEGO models is the fact that no matter how many ramps, smooth bricks and curves you have, you'll always have those strange raised little dots when you look at it from the horizontal.
Blockland doesn't have these, it has a .png texture, which means that you can maintain a nice looking building or creation without having to overly decorate it to remove them.
With LEGO they are required to hold it together, with Blockland they are not; it's all pixels. Anyway, for some reason it just doesn't seem to go with the style of the game; not really sure how to explain that, but it just...doesn't.
In this case it may just be that you've made the studs square on circular blocks which is making it look rather out of place.
