Running a program through task manager runs it as an admin by default.

Completely shut off UAC.

UAC is the worst thing ever.
I'm the admin of the computer and it won't let me delete a folder in Program Files.

i hate UAC lol. never will use it.

I try to create a new loving file there and it denies me the ability, unless I run notepad as an administrator.

Disclaimer: Do this at your own risk. This may compromise system security if you get any viruses. Right click your C drive, click 'properties', then 'security'. At the bottom, click 'advanced', then 'change permissions'. On this screen you'll see a list of permission entries.  Select 'Administrators' then click 'edit'. Tick the box for full control and save all changes. You should never be bothered again.

You can use the same steps for any individual folders if your entire drive is a bit dramatic.
