I NEED HELP!!! I need a recording program that records a camera's view. Anyone got suggestions?

Microsoft AMcap and VLC are the programs I use
if you mean like adding effects onto your webcam i suggest ManyCam.

If you mean camcorders that you can take with you, don't they typically have SD card slots or a USB cord to get the video onto a computer?

what he wants is a program that uses his camcorder as a webcam
