Find a blank DVD, burn a copy of ubunutu to it, then boot off the DVD. Enjoy your worry free Internet browsing that won't leave any evidence behind, won't damage the computer, will leave the parental control program undamaged, and can't be blocked without password protecting the BIOS (which nobody ever does).
