Team spawn help plz

So i'm trying to make a Jailbreak server and i got the jail made and i put the team spawns down, but the only problem is that they don't work. Whenever someone on the server spawns they don't even spawn on the team spawns no matter what team they are on. They just spawn outside of the jail. so if anyone can tell me why it would be appreciated. thanks.

Can you please tell us if you are using Slayer or Space Guy's TDM?

I have noticed that you have to replace the spawns every time you start a new server. I don't know why you have to have to do this, but I guess the spawns don't work every time you start a new server.

Put new one's in. Try to save the jail without any spawns so you don't have to go back and delete it again.

Make the spawn points the exact same color as the team color.
