Good Rainmeter skins?

Well, im on my laptop which was a hand me down so I reformatted it. I want to make it look stylish, and why not use rainmeter? Thing is though, I dont know how to install skins. I used the Rainstaller it comes with and nothing happens.

Plus I dont know any decent skins. Which skin should I use? Thanks in advance.

Ah, yes.
I have this one on my computer, I forgot the name. This is the only skin in which the Rainstaller worked, lol.

But, I would like to spice things up, thank you anyways.

got this, downloaded it, used the rainstaller it came with, closed rainmeter, started it again.
nothing changed.
