I can't find the "Magic Moves" Add-on

I don't know the actual name of it, but I've seen this one add-on on a few servers where it seems to be named after Pokemon moves, such as Earthquake, Gust, Night Shade, Metronome, Fire Blast, etc. I've been looking for a few days but to no avail. Please do note that I'm not looking for the Elemental Spells mod with Magic - Fire, Magic - Water, Magic - Ice, etc.
  I don't mean to be stupid or a bother; I just need the add-on for an idea I had for my server. Which, by the way, I'm trying to fix so it doesn't crash.

Probably a RTB2 add-on if it's hard to find. If the server has RTB, look at the information and look for the MagicMoves thing. Post the name of the file (like Server_Thing or Weapon_Thing) from Information that looks like magic moves.

I remember the server had no RTB.
