Lag on Datablocks

Okay, so this happens to my every time.

I've done all of this:

Reinstalled

Turned graphics on low

Turned off other existing programs

ugh, what to do? takes 5 minutes to load.

have you tried removing unneccesary add-ons

There was an issue if you V-sync turned off it would lag. Make sure V-sync is on and try it.
