The internet probably realized your screen looks like a cluster forget already, so it decided to add some more, you probably wouldn't mind.

also check recent downloads and see if anything had any options to download something like that.

I'm pretty sure that's a virus. I don't remember ads showing inside posts.

Advertisements never show up on posts. I'm certain it's a virus.
