They are OKAY.  They could use white sidewalk lines, and instead of the double yellow lines intersecting in the center of the road, maybe add intersection lines.  The stoplights could use some work too. 5/10.

The buildings look all the same and there no other decoration to the street other then street lights...
You could start adding small trees, trash cans, maybe even bots if possible.
