I have found and took some pictures. These pictures show clues that can tell if it is stolen or not.
What I found was discolored bricks, meaning this could be from another server with a different colorset.
This is not Incinerate's, by the way.

It's not the first time he uses Incinerate's Jail, he should have just asked him, Inc's a nice guy, he would let him use it.

that's impossible because the ban reason was saying "ITS MINE IDIOT", implying that he thinks he made all of it

Well with the quality of the build, I don't think it is exactly steal-worthy.  I wouldn't be surprised if he made it himself.

I asked him if it was his (I knew it wasn't), and he said no. Then I kept telling everyone the build was stolen and then I was perma-banned for this reason: "ITS MINE IDIOT".
If you want to have more proof, join his server when he is hosting this stolen national socialist jail RP.

the pictures you showed are stuffty and obviously his. He stole other stuff too and banned me when I tried to talk to him.
