Gif profile picture/ avatar help

I need some help with my profile picture, as you can see by my profile picture ive tried to use websites but they dont work, what i want is 75X75 and it still being animated.

 

Also, via on a archived fourm post (( found via google/yahoo ))  i heard someone named tetris was good at doing this
Im not exactly sure if he still fourms or not, but id like if i got some help

I know that it's already been solved, but we need a megathread where people can ask for help with avatars and whatnot where others can freely offer to make the image for them.
