Author Topic: Bockland Mobile / Pocket eddition  (Read 1593 times)

My friend and i thought it would be cool and handy to have a blockland mobile/ Pocket Eddition.  i have the minecraft pocket eddition wich made me think of this. I was taking a long vacation and i was going to look every noun and then to see what was going on in BL but my parents said we werent takin my laptop. so why not have a blockland mobile?    For your iPhone/android/iPod/etc.

Because it wouldn't work. The game engine would need to be changed and controls would be limited.

You don't understand a lot about the complications porting Blockland to a mobile device. Like Minecraft for XBox and Xperia Play; they had to limit a lot of features to make it work, and Blockland may not be the game it is if its twisted for mobile.

I dont know a whole lot about game engines i get what you are sayin.

Console, however, could be emulated somewhat well with the Xbox controller add-on for Blockland, giving the feel of play XBOX360.

No, Torque3D isn't supported on mobile devices, only Torque2D is.

iTorque3D

oh and torque3d is different than tge 1.3

A mobile version of the forums would be cooler.

I can do that on my iPhone's web browser, why bother.

Then again, if it allowed for faster browsing and such, I'd be all for it.
