When I was 11 I would play after school 4pm - 3 am and sleep only 3 hours and get up and go to school and on weekends I would go to bed at 5 or 6 and wake up at 11 or 12. I probably averaged like 4 hours of sleep a night and even now I sleep an average of like 5 hours a night but on friday night usually I will go to bed at 8 and wake up at 6 to catch up on sleep a bit, the latest I can sleep to is 6:00 since I get up for work at 4:30 or 5:00. People really don't need as much sleep as they think the more I sleep the more tired I feel all day and the less I sleep the more energy I have.
