  Don't be ID tribal, it doesn't matter what ID they are, as long as they meet some of your other expectations.

  I'm sorry but I think you stated the word 'noob' twice, the word 'noob' actually means a person who is new to a game, and a lot of people confuse it for stupid people. I advise you remove that word from your post.

  You also need to plan out your layout, think of the other things you would of needed to put in your clan layout very deeply. (members section, logo, projects)
