About
Hello everyone if your bored of the typical TDM/DM server then stop on by, I have decided to host a Deathmatch server using classic styled BL weapons such as Ephi's Shotgun, Flak Cannon, Mac 10, MP5, HE Grenade, Sniper Rifle, Samaritan etc.
The map is going to be a somewhat modded version of ACM City or Beta City 16 that has weapon and player spawns.
Playstyle
Players will spawn at a random location and must attempt to find some weapons better then their starter pistol. Some weapons may be well hidden and will be very powerful, while some others may be lying around the map in the open more. The more powerful weapons however will respawn after a very long time for balancing issues.
The trick to winning is to remember where some certain weapons are and to match your play style. Players who prefer long range will want to seek out high vantage points while players who want to blow up or mow down people with a minigun will have to look around for them while players who are sneaky may want to think about finding ways around and not being detected by others.
Gamemodes
The game will be run using Slayer so there will be Objectives and the game won't be going on for 5 hours while most players just fight for no reason.
Elimination
Everybody has one life and one life only, your objective is to be the last man standing, don't let anybody catch you off guard ;)
Frag Fest
Players are told a certain amount of points they need to receive to win, the player who gets the set amount wins.
Countdown
A set time limit is up, players must fight until the time runs out. The player who has the most points at the end wins, this may be either a short or longer time limit to create a fast paced type of gameplay.
Team Modes?
I may make it a TDM and use the same sort of format, I have tried it in the past and was alot of fun. This is just a maybe though.
