Listened to it three times over and I finally heard it. It's very faint but I heard it.

When I was young and played Namco Arcade classics all the time, I would sometimes hear a menu navigation sound every once in a while.
For a second there, I thought I went mad.

sometimes i randomly hear the blockland menu noises, when you mouse over the "options" and "help" and stuff buttons

I hear the steam chat notification noise in places it shouldn't even be.

when I'm in a very quiet place I hear a fan

It may not be a game, but sometimes I hear the Steam Chat notification. I also hear the sound of a grenade from HL2/Gmod whenever it hits the ground.
