How do i make the default mini game make everyone join at start

i need help on how to customize my server that i just got up, ive been to servers that have u join a mini game right when u spawn, and i thought that was cool, can anyone help me figure this out plz. if there are any programs in the forums or that u have plz send the links plz. thanks guys. o and reko, stop being a richard
