V21 Fix?

I am wondering, will there be a FIX for Intel cards? Because I use a laptop and if I could change my graphics card, I would. But with this type of laptop I'm not sure if I can. My Intel card is Intel (R) HD Graphics. If you can change a graphics card for this laptop please tell me.
