How do you change your colorset in v21?

How I did it:
- Find the addon of the colorset you want (E.G. Colorset_Example)
- Go inside the .zip of it and copy colorset.txt
- Go inside config/server/ and replace the existing colorset.txt with that

Launcher might overwrite it but it's an idea.
