Counting every screenshot/video/workshop addition in real time is not possible. It takes the average number per second rate based on how many were added in a day/week/month/whatever and bases the ticking off of that.

No no I mean the client not the Ingame browser.

Also it seems to work sometimes but others it's very slow.
