How to package a BLS file?

Somebody has recently sent me the text for a Save, and I need to know how to copy it onto notepad and convert it to a BLS file.

Paste it in Notepad.
Press Save As.
Type in Save.bls.
On the drop down window select All Files.
Click Save.
