well curently i have 1 question:
right now i'm modeling it, dos size matter if so how meny studes are in 1 grid space in blender?

Size does indeed matter.

This .blend file contains models for a 1x1 brick, a 2x2 brick and 2x2 plate. You should be able to figure out the correct sizing from them.

Also here is a rigged version of the minifig model, which you will find useful for correctly sizing seats and things.


And yess this belong is modification discussion.
