I need some help with iTunes.

So I just restored my iPod and I need to put all my musics back onto it. Problem is I'm using my friends computer and he has like 5000 songs including my small ~250. I have every song I want in a playlist on iTunes. How would I copy only that playlist's music onto the iPod? I've searched Google but no answers. Thanks.

go to music
sync music
select the bubble that says something like "use only selected playists"
select playlist

and you must not have searched very hard because its prets easy to figure out...

Oh hey that's simple. Didn't expect iTunes to actually have something like that built in.
