Hola,

I was tired of seeing the same shtuff in the gallery section so I decided to throw this together and post it.

The hermit monk discovers his desperately sought-after sanctuary and sets up his new home.

Our little monk in deep concentration, reaching out into the universe and beyond.

Rate if you wanna, but only in Espanol por favor...

I like the idea and I like the lighting, but it just needs more... more

For example, monks usually do stuff like that it room or small caves instead of on an endless plain (which happens to be covered in giant kitchen tiles)

I always saw that texture as being marble, like marble floors of a temple.

I agree it needs more.  But I kinda went at this in a surreal way; as if the monk was in a dream or trapped in an endless plane.

you see them broken tile bits scattered about

maybe make a higher concentration of those, with a solid chunk all around the shrine

and make the ground transparent

Looks like a bombing on a monk with time standing still.

Them broken tiles were my attempt at piles of sand.  I am guessing you are going for a heavenly look.

I really want to try this now.
