I posted that link for mostly just help finding out what exactly you want. It's mostly about picking parts and not the actual build. Also, is there any place you really want to buy the parts from, or is it just the cheapest possible?

EDIT: $800 has a really big margin for improvement. It will be a mid-range computer that is NOT a drone.
