Author Topic: Picture  (Read 530 times)

Once, when I was on a Grapple Knife Server, whenever you would
fall onto the kill-bricks, a picture in the center of the screen would
show up. In this is case, the picture was the "DEMO" thing, where
if you didn't have your Blockland key. I'm guessing it has to do
with a centerprint command, but I have no idea how to make
a picture show up. I've seen it been done before, so I know
that it's possible. Does anyone know any sort of command about this?
(And if you don't know what I mean by the "DEMO" picture, then
tell me.)

<bitmap:PATH>

so if you wanted the demo image
<bitmap:base/client/ui/demoBanner.png>

it works in the centerPrint, bottomPrint and chatMessage, btw

Haha thanks. I just want to get this fully clear:
Code: [Select]
centerPrint(<bitmap:base/client/ui/demoBanner.png>);

I think you need to put it in quotation marks.
centerPrint("<bitmap:base/client/ui/demoBanner.png>");

I think you need to put it in quotation marks.
centerPrint("<bitmap:base/client/ui/demoBanner.png>");
Alright, thank you very much. I'll
test it out, but first I have to make it into
an event.

.........

no, just put it in the input > client > centerprint event

like so:

onPlayerTouch > Client > centerPrint [<bitmap:base/client/ui/demoBanner.png>] [3]

.........

no, just put it in the input > client > centerprint event

like so:

onPlayerTouch > Client > centerPrint [<bitmap:base/client/ui/demoBanner.png>] [3]
0_0...Wow. How could I not have thought
about that?
EDIT: So I could just do this in the events, right?

it's probable that this was how they did it in the tdm.
