Can't edit, but I want to say: On the other hand, having an unfun server shouldn't get your ability to have a server revoked, that's unfair.

Yeah, it's not for having an unfun server. It's for tampering with the data sent to the master server; if your server has five players and you send a packet to the master server claiming it has 15 players, THAT will get your hosting revoked. Playercount tampering is the specific repeat offense that cost Zealot his hosting.
