It's strange, but in some versions of OS X there are a specific number of TCPObjects allowed and adding RTB just maxes out this odd limit.
Are you running an older version of OS X?

I think the problem is that some sort of connection blocks the login.

But I'm not worrying about RTB anymore, the crashing and unsolvable sqlite errors are now a real issue for me.
