I do believe Aphro is Broze... I don't really know, he's always changing his name.
Broze that was banned from the forums is "Broze IV", ingame.
Someone stole his name in order to further ruin his reputation.
On topic, this looks more like events, and if you notice there's no difference in the chat lines, so flood protection/spam filter would have kicked in.
I would say someone attempted to use events to frame this person.
