It may not be apparent to alot of people, but as a modder I really an frustrated with a ton of what Badspot has done.  For example, manipulating the environment through script is awkward and buggy, relying soley on piggy-backing the environments gui.  Bricks can no longer exist if their center is below the ground plane, no matter what.  Fakekilled physics bricks will now bounce off where the ground plane should be, whether it is there or not, indicating some lazy and potentially problematic shortcuts taken in scripting it.  New positional systems introduce extreme rounding errors as you go farther from the origin, and the gamemode system makes it a pain to load the mods you want to be running on the server independently.

Actually I would be completely fine with all of the above if Badspot would just fix the darn rendering issues with stacked transparency and fx bricks, and the white out effect of being close to a light (painting a brick near a light to glow fx can now actually make it darker)

sorry but i don't think u get it. you can compare source and torque. badspot didn't make torque. both are engines available to game developers as a product. pros and cons between them would be completely fair. badspot being one guy has nothing to do with the features of both engines

I recently played Jorgur's rp with v20 :P

i like it and look forward to the next update (as long as it isn't all bug fixes like the last one)
